Certain colors change to accord with subject.
Example:
Le mur est vert.
La chemise est verte.
However some colors are same in both forms mescaline and feminine.
Example:
Cette robe est rouge.
Ce t-shirt est rouge.
To change a color to plural we add S, subject is either mescaline or feminine.
Example:
L'arbre est vert.( mescaline)
Tree is green.
Les arbres sont verts.
Trees are green.
La robe est verte.(feminine).
Dress is green.
Les robes sont vertes.
Dresses are green.
Some more examples to clear your concept:
Le ciel est bleu. Sky is blue.
la rose est rouge. Rose is red.
Le mur est jaune. Wall is yellow.
Le vin est rouge. Wine is red.
L'herbe est verte. Grass is green.
Le soleil est jaune. Sun is yellow.
La neige est blanche. Snow is white.
La mer est bleue. Sea is blue.
Ta chemise est blanche. Shirt is white.
Tes pantalons sont gris. Your pants are grey.
Ma voiture est noire. My car is black.
